Shop.org 2016: A Special Event in Dallas

Shop.org 2016, NRF’s Digital Retail Summit, was held from Sept. 26 to Sept. 28 in Dallas this year. In the tradition of National Retail Federation productions, the conference delivered non-stop  information and entertainment.

Keynote speakers addressed topics like Transforming the Customer Experience at JCPenney; and the Future of Tech and Commerce, which was presented by stand-up comedian Marc Maron and Physicist Michio Kaku. The breakout sessions were just as compelling, ranging from How to Win the Modern Customer to Mobile Chatbots and Location Analytics.
