Global Response honored with 2017 Elite Contact Center Outsourcing Award

Margate, Florida (July 28, 2017) – Global Response, a leading provider of contact center services, is proud to announce that it has won a TMC 2017 Elite Contact Center Outsourcing Award.

TMC’s Elite Contact Center Outsourcing Award recognizes the top inbound and outbound teleservices agencies. These include both domestic and international, as well as interactive inbound. Teleservices agencies are ranked for being the largest agencies in the industry as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes completed during the past year.

Each recipient is a verifiable leader in the marketplace,” the organization said in its announcement.
