Of all the things I value in my life, nothing is more important to me than my family. Imagine how grateful I am to be able to work in the same business with all my children - as well as my son and daughters-in-law - even some of the grand kids. In the late '80's, we discovered that our technology and expertise could be applied to a wide range of teleservices and we soon reinvented ourselves as a call center and fulfillment company. Along came the internet, and my son Stephen realized that individualized web pages could be designed to pop on an agent screen simultaneously upon picking up the call. This ‘eureka!’ moment led to a patent which serves as the foundation for Palettech™, our award-winning computer-telephone integrated contact center software built from the ground up on a web-centric platform.
