Global Response North

Global Response North is a mirror-image of our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. This facility is located in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, an area offering a large pool of motivated, potential employees because of the loss of so many jobs to foreign countries. We have benefited from tremendous local enthusiasm and support, from an opening day parade to a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Governor of Michigan.

Since we just opened in 2006, everything there is brand new—not a legacy device in sight. More importantly, the quality and quantity of the work performed there has exceeded the stringent expectations of such major clients as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Wine Country Gift baskets, Tru-Green as well as other major brands.
