Customer Service Specialist
Global Response Corporation is currently seeking Bilingual French / English Customer Service Specialists.
The agent will be responsible for responding to calls and emails from customers of one of the biggest fashion companies.
- Knowledge of the world of Fashion
- Inbound calls, emails/chats assisting customers with orders and product inquiries.
- Build and maintains customer relationships.
- Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded apparel and accessories.
- Follows up with customers when needed, to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
- Responsible for meeting quality standards and objectives
- Bilingual French
- Excellent Verbal/Written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills and love interacting with clients
- Able to multi-task and work in a high volume environment
- Computer literate, (Win2k, MS Office, e-mail, chat)
- Type at least 30 wpm
Full-Time Shifts: Monday – Sunday between 9:00am-12:00am

Pay Rate: $14/hr
