Becoming a Brand Care Specialist at Global Response is a bit like becoming a master chef. The chef’s tools are simple enough – knives and forks, pots and pans – and the ingredients are equally simple – meats and vegetables, flour and water. The trick is in the combination, the preparation, and the presentation.

 

Training is a team effort

Training at Global Response is a team effort. In addition to our full time trainers, the team includes managers, supervisors, and clients. Many clients become an integral part of the training process because they understand, as we do, that the fullest immersion in the culture of the client company, including deep product knowledge, results in the best customer experience.

 

Brand Care Training is the ultimate collaboration

Training to represent a particular brand is the beginning of a real commitment between our client and our Brand Care Specialists.  It is the point at which the Brand Care Specialists begin to take on the values, attributes and all the connotations of the brand they will represent.  By the time the training process has completed they will have completely assimilated the culture of the brand as well as the features of the products. 

 

Becoming the Brand

Brand Care Specialists will know why customers buy the brand, what they expect from the brand that goes beyond the product, and the kind of service they associate with the brand.  The transformation begins with visits to the client’s site, where a first-hand experience with the brand and the company behind the brand.  It continues with trainers from the client company joining with Global Response training and project management staff in the conduct of the orientation and training curriculum.  All this will take place within the context of professional training standards and facilities. 

 

Brand Care training is a process not an event

Brand Care training continues within a call center space that is replete with the products and marketing collateral of the brand.  Every day, training is reinforced through modules on our in-house portal and through project managers and our own experienced trainers.  Over time the culture of the brand becomes as natural to the Brand Care Specialists as their own.   And why it is becomes abundantly clear that your brand is our business.
