seeking an experienced Call Center Trainer.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Candidate must be able to design, deliver and evaluate the customer contact and technical training within our Call Center
  • Must be able to conduct testing to evaluate trainee performance and coordinate weekly training
  • Performance observation and feedback skills
  • Professional, positive, outgoing and dynamic demeanor
  • Ability to provide trainee transition support to a live environment
  • Must be able to communicate with Operations and Client Services to determine training processes and training needs
  • Experience in maintaining and developing training manuals, packets, modules, reference materials and job aids
  • Minimum of 3 years+ call center training experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • College degree
  • Dependable and motivated team player; able to handle multiple tasks within our fast paced call center
  • Some travel will be required
