Data Entry Representative

Global Response is seeking motivated individuals interested in our Data Entry Position.

As a Data Entry Rep, you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You must also be a team-oriented person who is open minded and willing to learn and who has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Quality assurance of automotive finance and insurance policies
  • Determine if policies are correct and are in compliance with appropriate regulations
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
  • Make corrections in accordance to the access you have been granted, research and flag all other inconsistencies and errors
  • Responsible for working overtime to meet said deadlines, and close outs for the end of the month
  • Complete sales reporting and quality assurance in accordance with set deadlines and criteria
  • Determine if policies are correct and are in compliance with appropriate regulations
  • Type 65 wpm with optimal accuracy
  • Ten Key 14,000 + Key Strokes per hour with optimal accuracy
  • Punctuality and consistent work attendance
  • 1 – 3 years of data entry experience
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy level
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
  • Ability to retain and adapt to an ever-changing industry, and stay current with new regulations and guidelines
  • High school diploma or GED; college experience or degree a plus
  • Flexibility is a must

Full-Time Shifts: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm
