Inbound / Outbound Sales / Customer Support Specialists

Global Response is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Inbound/Outbound Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. You will be working with a leading, automotive financial services company powered by a top direct banking franchise with the opportunity, experience and people to redefine the industry.

The Inbound/Outbound Customer Support Specialist will work in our Margate contact center, answering general information questions and working with dealers nationwide to offer a full suite of financing products and services, including new and used vehicle inventory and consumer financing, leasing, commercial loans and vehicle remarketing services.


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, accurately, consistently, and efficiently
  • Handle inbound calls from current and prospective customers
  • Computer literate with the ability to use multiple programs to serve customers and clients needs
  • Maintain and promote an environment of building customer relationships
  • Demonstration of partnering skills with team members, customers and client base is essential
  • Work independently and as a Team
  • Must be flexible and able to engage a multiple of client target group
  • Exceptional phone manners and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven positive attitude
  • Outstanding resourcefulness and creativity in providing timely service to callers
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and retain large amounts of detailed information
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner
  • Prior contact center experience preferred

Full-Time Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-8:00pm
