Global Response is a U.S.-based company offering award-winning contact center outsourcing services. Since its 1974 founding in Margate, Florida, the company has been honored for its role as an outsourced contact center in its industry and by the community it calls home.

2019 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards
Global Response was named a finalist in the Best Outsourcing Provider category of the ICMI (International Customer Management Institute) Global Contact Center Awards Program. The awards are designed to honor and recognize the companies, contact centers and individuals that provide a platform for leadership, vision, innovation and strategic accomplishments for the industry.
TMC 2017 Elite Contact Center Outsourcing Award
Global Response was ranked a top outsourcing company in TMC’s Elite Contact Center Outsourcing Award. The award recognizes the top inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, including domestic and international, as well as interactive inbound. Teleservices companies are ranked for being the largest in the industry..
2012 Excalibur Award for Business Leader of the Year
Herman Shooster, Global Response founder, was recognized with the Sun Sentinel Co.’s 2012 Excalibur Award for Business Leader of the Year in Broward County. Since 1978, the Excalibur Awards have recognized top executives for their long-established achievements in business and civic engagement.
Key to the City of Margate
The Key to the City of Margate was awarded to Dorothy Shooster on Oct. 19, 2016 for her and her late husband, Herman’s, contributions to the city, which include co-founding the company Global Response in 1974, and the Herman and Dorothy Shooster Preserve, donated by the Shooster family.
Global Response was named a Patriotic Employer on Dec. 15, 2014 by the Office of the Secretary of Defense Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The recognition is given for contributing to national security and protecting liberty and freedom by supporting employee participation in America’s National Guard and Reserve Force.
Herman and Dorothy Shooster Preserve, Margate
The Broward County Commission named the Herman and Dorothy Shooster Preserve in Margate on May 7, 2010 in honor of the founders of Global Response, who donated the property. The property is located on the south side of SW 7th Court, between US 441 (State Road 7) and SW 64th Terrace. The Preserve includes one of the few remaining cypress stands in Broward County and a variety of native flora and fauna –18 butterfly species and more than 75 other animal species.
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
Global Response’s vice president of implementation and business process is certified as a Professional in Business Analysis by the Project Management Institute. The PMI-PBA is certification for those who work with stakeholders in defining requirements, shaping project outputs and driving intended business outcomes.
Project Management Professional Certification
Two members of Global Response’s management team are certified as Project Management Professionals (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). The PMP validates competence to perform in the role of a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams, according to PMI’s website.
Medallia® Operational CEM Certification
Global Response’s vice president of implementation and business process is certified in Medallia Operations Customer Experience Management. The certification courses show how to leverage the entire organization to act on customer feedback and drive meaningful improvements to customer experience.
ITIL Foundation Certification, Axelos Global Best Practice
Global Response’s vice president of implementation and business process is certified in ITIL Foundation. ITIL provides comprehensive guidance for establishing an IT service management system.
