Global Response is a family-run business, founded in 1974 by Herman Shooster. Herman built his company on the combined strength of incredible people and outstanding technology. He believed that if you have the right people, and they care about their work, the quality speaks for itself.

Now, Herman’s daughter Wendy Shooster helms the business as CEO and continues to focus her investments on that dynamic combo of relationships and technology. Wendy is relentless in ensuring our clients receive the attention they deserve⁠—because she knows we are vital to their success.
