ETail 2018 takes its omnichannel conference to the historic city of Boston next week, where it hopes to change the industry future. Or, so says its slogan: Transforming Retail. Together.

The conference attracts some of the top retailers and focuses on technology.

The list of featured speakers this time includes Wayfair CTO John Mulliken, Sugarfina Co-Founder Rosie O’Neill and ASICS Digital President Dan Smith.

ETail runs Aug. 6-9 at the Sheraton Boston.

What to expect at the 2018 Etail panels

Our top 4 must-see panels at the show are:

  • Be Customer-First to Come in First: Putting Your Customer at the Center of Your Business. On Wednesday, this session focuses on the growth of subscription food service, HelloFresh. President Tobias Hartmann speaks on its customer-centric approach.
  • The Lightning Round on Thursday, in which panelists from Dunkin Brands and GSK each talk about three issues, such as artificial intelligence (AI), voice-enabled commerce and the Internet of Things (IoT).
  • Keynote Panel Discussion Remix on Thursday. The New Kids on the Block: Examining the Journey of Retail Startups, featuring Leesa Sleep, ThirdLove and Lovepop.
