One of our unique acts of recognition occurs when an associate marks their 10th anniversary with Global Response. They receive diamond earrings or a luxury watch. After their 20th anniversary, associates receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two, anywhere in the world.These once-in-a-lifetime destinations have included Italy, Africa, Israel and Tahiti. Global Response has been a respected fixture in the community for almost 50 years. Here are two of the many organizations we’ve supported that directly help individuals and families in need in our local community.
Women in Distress. Since 1974, Women in Distress has taken on the mission of stopping domestic violence through intervention, education and advocacy. The organization provides a refuge with emergency shelter and outreach services. Global Response employees participate in an annual drive to collect household goods and food for those in need.
The Pantry. This organization provides for those in need of nutritional food, allowing individuals and families to free up funds for other items including much-needed medications or healthcare services. Many of the families live in multi-person households and may be raising grandchildren. Global Response employees participate in an annual drive to collect food for The Pantry.
