PCI DSS Level 1

Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards protect payment card data. Level 1 represents merchants within the highest volume category of payment card transactions, and requires certification by a Quality Security Assessor. An external auditor examined Global Response’s network and controls in the card data environment and certified that we are PCI compliant.


SOC2 Type 2

Global Response contact centers are certified as SOC2 Type 2 by a certified public accounting firm. SOC2 compliant means that our compliance call centers meet the Trust Services Criteria for controls at a service organization “relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality or privacy,” as described by the American Institute of CPAs.



The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) established national standards to protect the privacy and security of certain health information. The rules detail safeguards that must be put in place to protect individuals’ electronic health information. Global Response is HIPAA compliant and follows all HIPAA requirements on behalf of its healthcare accounts.



The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student education records nationally. It gives parents and students over 18 certain rights concerning their children’s or their own education files. Global Response is FERPA compliant, meeting all regulations on behalf of its accounts that operate in the education industry.
