Global Response, The Brand Call Centers, has been named a finalist in two 2019 awards programs, sponsored separately by ICMI and ContactCenterWorld.

ICMI: Best Outsourcing Provider finalist
The Margate, Fla., contact center, which has operations in Gwinn and Iron River, Mich., was named in the Best Outsourcing Provider category of the 2019 ICMI Global Contact Center Awards. Global Response and other award recipients will be celebrated on May 14 during ICMI’s Contact Center Expo in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where the winners of each category will be announced.
ICMI, the International Customer Management Institute, is dedicated to elevating the customer experience through training, events, consulting and information resources, according to its website.
“The ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Program is the most comprehensive awards program dedicated to the customer management industry,” according to ICMI. “It is designed to honor and recognize the companies, contact centers and individuals that provide a platform for leadership, vision, innovation and strategic accomplishments for the industry.” This year, ICMI said, it received hundreds of high-quality applications across 13 unique categories – a record-breaking level of participation.
ContactCenterWorld: Best Outsourcing Partnership finalist
Global Response was also named a finalist in the Best Outsourcing Partnership Category of ContactCenterWorld’s 2019 Top Ranking Performers awards.
ContactCenterWorld.com is the global association for contact center and customer engagement best practices with more than 200,000 members in 200 countries, according to its website. The organization said it typically receives more than 1,500 entrants from 50 countries for its annual event.
