Here at Global Response, we’re excited to announce that several of our clients have been recognized for their exceptional customer service in “Best Customer Service 2023” awards from both Newsweek and Forbes.
Forbes’ Customer Service All-Stars awards were determined from 3.7 million ratings by over 121,000 respondents. Forbes’ respondents ranked brands in more than a dozen different categories, including customer service.
Separately, Newsweek, together with Statista, recently released their annual Best Customer Service list, an annual series of awards that seeks to “identify the stores that consistently provide the best customer service.” The results are based on a survey of more than 30,000 U.S. consumers who have made purchases or used services from the evaluated brands within the past three years.
The survey asks respondents to rate retailers and providers on the basis of:
- quality of communication
- professional competence
- range of services
- customer focus
- accessibility and availability
- likelihood of recommendation
In Newsweek’s awards, Global Response’s clients The Company Store, ASICS, and Justice each took 4th place in their respective categories, client Tory Burch took 2nd place and client See’s Candies took 1st place. See’s Candies and Asics were also recognized in the Forbes’ Customer Service All-Stars awards.
