Global Response Clients Honored with “Best Customer Service 2024” Awards in Newsweek and Forbes

Here at Global Response, we’re excited to announce that several of our clients have been recognized for their exceptional customer service in “Best Customer Service 2024” awards from both Newsweek and Forbes. 

Forbes’ Customer Service All-Stars awards were determined from 4.2 million ratings by over 201,000 respondents. More than 3,000 brands were evaluated, with only the top 300 making the list.

Separately, Newsweek, together with Statista, recently released their annual Best Customer Service list, an annual series of awards that seeks to “identify the stores that consistently provide the best customer service.” The results are based on a survey of more than 30,000 U.S. consumers who have made purchases or used services from the evaluated brands within the past three years. 

The survey asks respondents to rate retailers and providers on the basis of: 

  • quality of communication
  • professional competence 
  • range of services
  • customer focus
  • accessibility and availability 
  • likelihood of recommendation

In Newsweek’s awards, Global Response’s client Samsung Electronics took 4th place in its category, and client Visa took 1st place. These two clients as well as The Men’s Wearhouse and Burlington Stores were also recognized in the Forbes’ Best Customer Service list.
