Black Friday and Cyber Monday – which kick off the busiest shopping season of the year – are nearly here. At Global Response, we’ve been gearing up for months to ensure our customer service specialists consistently provide exceptional customer experiences during the bustling holiday season – as they do every other day of the year.
Shopping budgets to rise
Spending growth is expected as three-quarters of Americans shop sometime between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday, says a Deloitte survey. Those surveyed plan to spend $475 each in the five-day period, up from $400 last year.
Global Response represents some of the best known retail brands at our outsourced contact centers. Brand Specialists, as agents are known here, will help online and brick-and-mortar shoppers by phone, email, chat and social media.
